Devata Pixel provides website development, system development, and other digital services. Our services include design, development, maintenance, and other related digital solutions.

Our services are intended for users within Indonesia. If you access our services from outside Indonesia, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws and regulations.

 

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content provided in our services, including but not limited to:

  • source code
  • website designs
  • systems and functionalities
  • text, graphics, and logos

are owned by Devata Pixel or licensed to us.

For clients:

  • Usage rights to the website will be granted after full payment is completed
  • Source code may be provided depending on project agreement
  • Devata Pixel reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio

 

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement
  • All information you provide is accurate and up to date
  • You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

 

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept payments through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Payment gateways (e.g., Midtrans, Xendit)
  • Other available payment methods on our website

Terms:

  • All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
  • Payments may be made as a deposit (DP) or full payment, depending on agreement
  • Project work will begin only after payment is received
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice

 

5. PROJECT, DELIVERY & REVISION
  • Project timelines depend on the complexity of the work
  • Revisions are provided according to the selected package
  • Additional revisions outside the agreed scope will incur extra charges
  • Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback to avoid delays

 

6. REFUND POLICY
  • Payments are non-refundable once the project has started
  • Refunds are only applicable if Devata Pixel is unable to continue the project
  • If the client cancels the project, any deposit paid will be forfeited

 

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not use our services for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Fraud or scams
  • Pornographic, gambling, or unlawful content under Indonesian law
  • Distribution of malware, hacking, or harmful activities

 

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party services such as:

  • Hosting providers
  • Domain registrars
  • Payment gateways

We are not responsible for any disruptions or issues caused by third-party services.

 

9. SERVICES MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any project at our discretion
  • Suspend or terminate services if terms are violated
  • Modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time

 

10. PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. Client data will only be used for:

  • Project execution
